The three complexes below share similar protein structures; therefore, only one of the three may appear in a protein non-redundant database. In the case of these three complexes, although the proteins are similar, the ligands are different. Therefore, all three complexes may be of use in studying protein-ligand binding. All three complexes appear in our protein - small-molecule non-redundant set.
